Can I stream my radio station 24 hours a day?
Yes! All our packages support streaming to the number of listeners shown, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Can I stream live content i.e. my voice via a microphone?
Yes - our services work on the basis you transmit a live stream from your computer to our servers, and this is retransmitted to all your listeners using the huge capacity of our servers. You can transmit anything you like from your computer, and our servers will retransmit it live.
Can I really stream to x people at the same time?
Yes - the listener numbers quoted with our packages are concurrent user limits, so if a package says you can stream to 50 listeners, that means at any one time, 50 people can be listening to your station simultaneously.
I have big plans for my station - is 250 listeners the biggest number you can support?
No! We have a number of cutting edge servers located in state of the art datacenters, with incredibly powerful connections to the heart of the Internet. We offer the packages we do because these are a great starting point. Should you find you are stretching the limits of our top package, come talk to us and we will discuss your requirements with you in depth.
We can support anything up to hundreds of thousands of listeners, and we can upgrade your capacity quickly and without ANY downtime - so we're ready to stream you to the world.
How does this work - what do I need?
All you need is one Internet connected computer. This uses a small piece of transmitting software (available free) to send your radio stream from your computer to our servers. Our servers then automatically handle transmitting your stream to the Internet.
Setup is simple and easy, and we can walk you through it either by email or the Windows Messenger network.
I'm not based in the UK - can I still use your company?
Yes - our servers have excellent links to the Internet and to the world, and we are happy to accept customers wherever their operating base. We are currently serving customers in the UK, Europe, USA, United Arab Emirates and Australia
Can I have a simple, easy to use "Listen Now" link on my website?
Yes - We can give you a simple hyperlink to place on your site, which when clicked will automatically launch your radio station, on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
What about licensing? Can I play whatever I like on my station?
If you play your own content (i.e. talk show, your own musical compositions) you do not need a license to operate an Internet radio.
If you wish to transmit copyrighted materials such as chart music, you will need a license. You can find more information on licensing from these authorised licensing bodies:

I don't need a radio station - I need broadcast cover for a special event. Is this possible?
Yes - email us to let us know approximately how many listeners you need support for, when your event is, and the duration of the event, and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Can I see how many people are listening to my station?
Yes - our servers will allow you to see in real time, the number of people listening to your station. We also have an easy way to integrate your current listener count into your website.
Can I get some kind of data on listeners?
We offer a free email service to all our customers - once a week you receive an email which gives you the total number of listeners for each of the last seven days, plus the number of listener hours (two listeners who listen for an hour each make two listener hours) used each day.
The email will also contain summary figures on the number of listeners for the week, and the number of listener hours for the week. This is free with all our packages.
Can I cancel without a notice period?
Absolutely. We understand circumstances may change, and we want to work with you.
Simply send us an email stating you don't wish to continue with your service, and we will ensure you are not billed again. Your service will remain active until a month after your last payment.
Can I upgrade easily?
We are comitted to making your station as much of a success as it can be, and we're happy to upgrade your station seamlessly - with no downtime. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to support you.
