Can I stream my radio station 24 hours a day?
Yes! All our packages support streaming to the number of listeners shown, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Can I stream live content i.e. my voice via a microphone?
Yes - our services work on the basis you transmit a live stream from your computer to our servers, and this is retransmitted to all your listeners using the huge capacity of our servers. You can transmit anything you like from your computer, and our servers will retransmit it live.
Can I really stream to x people at the same time?
Yes - the listener numbers quoted with our packages are concurrent user limits, so if a package says you can stream to 50 listeners, that means at any one time, 50 people can be listening to your station simultaneously.
How does this work - what do I need?
All you need is one Internet connected computer. This uses a small piece of transmitting software (available free) to send your radio stream from your computer to our servers. Our servers then automatically handle transmitting your stream to the Internet.
Setup is simple and easy, and we can walk you through it either by email or the Windows Messenger network.
I'm not based in the UK - can I still use your company?
Yes - our servers have excellent links to the Internet and to the world, and we are happy to accept customers wherever their operating base. We have served customers as far away as the USA and even Australia
Can I have a simple, easy to use "Listen Now" link on my website?
Yes - We can give you a simple hyperlink to place on your site, which when clicked will automatically launch your radio station, on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
What about licensing? Can I play whatever I like on my station?
If you play your own content (i.e. talk show, your own musical compositions) you do not need a license to operate an Internet radio.
If you wish to transmit copyrighted materials such as chart music, you will need a license. You can find more information on licensing from these authorised licensing bodies:

I don't need a radio station - I need broadcast cover for a special event. Is this possible?
Yes - email us to let us know approximately how many listeners you need support for, when your event is, and the duration of the event, and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Can I see how many people are listening to my station?
Yes - our servers will allow you to see in real time, the number of people listening to your station. We also have an easy way to integrate your current listener count into your website.
Can I get some kind of data on listeners?
We offer a free email service to all our customers - once a week you receive an email which gives you the total number of listeners for each of the last seven days, plus the number of listener hours (two listeners who listen for an hour each make two listener hours) used each day.
The email will also contain summary figures on the number of listeners for the week, and the number of listener hours for the week. This is free with all our packages.
Can I cancel without writing to you?
Absolutely. We have seen competitors which state you must ask permission, or may even face a fine if you cancel an account.
You can cancel your subscription with us at any time, with no prior notice to us before or after you cancel. As our subscriptions are handled by PayPal, you can cancel with PayPal and you need not ever get in touch with us.
You will never be charged a fee for leaving one of our subscriptions. You are free to leave at any time. You do not need to contact us at all to cancel your subscription. We believe the choice to stay is entirely yours.
Can I upgrade easily?
We are comitted to making your station as much of a success as it can be, and we're happy to upgrade your station to a new package seamlessly when you ask us - you won't even need to drop off the air. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to support you.
